Well-equipped and exceptionally clean rooms, brand-new place overall!

very helpful staff, excellent location.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the bathroom and shower were surprisingly high standard for the age of the property. - the location provided a quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Getting to the property by car was quite challenging, especially for inexperienced drivers. Public parking was available nearby, but it required a 5-minute walk.

Travelled to explore Benitses, this apartment was a great base for doing it. Overall experience was really really nice.

The bathroom here was very small.

The value for money at Roza's Home And Studios was excellent. The room was exactly as pictured and even better in person. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and other amenities.

Food for breakfast could be improved.

Nice hotel in the old part in Benitses in quite environment. It was everything it promised to be:air conditioning, fridge, clean and nice. Good value for the money.

Had clean room with a lovely view. It had a great and particularly good setting so close to the tavernas, the nearest beach, coffee place, supermarket, restaurants and bus station and te sea and the green mountains...

Arriving late at night, I was actually surprised to find a cold bottle of water awaiting me in the room - a thoughtful gesture by the host. The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and other amenities within a 5-minute walk. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Despite the summer heat, the location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful gardens and an olive grove. We also appreciated the friendly and cute atmosphere created by Roza, Spiro, and their family. we had a lovely stay.

We had a great stay at these apartments in the beautiful village of Benitses. the owner was very helpful and even met us at the taxi rank to help carry our bags. the apartments had fantastic views overlooking the harbor, sea, and village. the room was clean and tidied every day, with fresh towels provided. the kitchenette was well equipped and there was complimentary tea, coffee, and water upon our arrival. the location was quiet, but still had easy access to tavernas, bars, and the sea. We also appreciated the friendly host who spoke excellent English and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.
